Y2K is not an issue for our products. End of story.
Warranty
The warranty on the Laser PC6 is 3 years
Warranty covers parts, labor and return shipping, unless the damage is willful or negligent, like damage to the LCD's. Since we manufacture the Laser PC6, and make most repairs in-house, we are very fast in turn around! For warranty service, please call us first, since often the problem can be fixed over the phone, or by sending a simple part.
Return Info
We do not accept returns of products, other than for warranty service. This policy guarantees that what you purchase from us is new, and not a return from a previous customer. (In the retail environment you have a 20% chance of this occurring to you!) If you are an educational institution and would like to see our Laser PC6, please call us directly to receive a preview unit.
